Durand Union Station Model Railroad Engineers (DUSMRE), which operates in the depot separately from DUSI, recently acquired thousands of railroad artifacts and wishes to display them.
A storage area that DUSI presently utilizes has been identified as the best space for DUSMRE to display the new items.
DUSI disagrees.
In April, the City of Durand issued a 60 day notice to DUSI that it planned to reclaim the space in question, known as the baggage room, to make it available to DUSMRE.
